This section is only relevant to customers who plan to buy a vehicle imported from the U.K.

We will check relevant service history if the service books are available. If they are not we can advise on how to search if you want to proceed.

If the car is an import from the U.K. we can provide an optional extra and supply a history check for the car. It is a very comprehensive check that consists of date of first registration, details of the make, model and colour, number of previous owners, whether the vehicle matches registration numbers with engine numbers and VIN numbers.

Security Watch Check

We check if the vehicle is on this register. The Bureau will alert the finance company and in turn you will be notified and told not to buy it.

Finance Check

This is to ascertain if a current finance agreement is in place. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that there are no outstanding loans on the vehicle. In the event of an outstanding loan on the vehicle, the vehicle is liable to be seized by the financial institution in question and there will be no recompense to the purchaser.

Alert Check

This is a check to see if the vehicle was ever a write off.

Condition Inspected Check

This check provides information if a vehicle was ever inspected following a write off situation.

Stolen Vehicle Check

We check if the car is on the U.K. Police stolen list.
